Delivery Information

With Us you can buy your product online pay for it and collect it at any of our branch store when you need it.
You can buy any of our products online and collect it at our store the same date.
Buy the products you need and we’ll get them ready for you to collect or deliver to you!
Due to high demand and availability of stock, you need to order for collection and we will confirm it before your arrival at our store for collection so that your times may be limited.

NO. For now You can only buy online and be ready for delivery after 3 days. But the aim is to stock your materials with us and collect them when needed.
Due to the change of prices of certain products you are advice to pay for your products the same date you shop online, otherwise your order will be cancel within 48 hours.

Yes, Shop for your products, Pay for your order
When you’re ready to complete your order, select ‘Your Basket’, and then choose ‘Go to Checkout’ where you’ll be able to select your preferred collection day and time slot. You can then enter your payment details and submit. Your unique order reference number and confirmed collection time will be emailed to you.

Please arrive at the branch within your allocated collection slot and bring your order confirmation with you to the Trade Desk.

No. Very soon we will ship to other West Africa Countries

Your order will be available to collect within the time slot you’ve chosen.

You can only place one type of order at a time. If you would like to switch your basket between the various options please visit your basket and select the ‘Change your order to’ option to switch between Collection or Delivery options.

Returns & Refunds

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email/call or come to us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Certain types of products cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
If your product is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product, please call us and we will assist you solve the issue

For Now We don’t do international delivery.

Contact us through email or Go to any of our branches and lodge a complain, then we will take it from there.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days via the same method you pay us or bank transfer depending on your selected option.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
